We can offer you...
HIPAA-compliant technology platform to complement your current platform
All healthcare information for both patients and providers is HIPAA compliant. We are happy to sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for any providers or practices that need one.
An authentication process takes place where there is an email sent to the patients login. A verification code is sent and thereafter the patient can login.
Physician-patient sessions are not recorded. Only the mental health provider and the patient are allowed in the session, so all information is safe and protected.
Ability to set your own schedule and your own pricing
The mental health provider maintains his or her own calendar and can edit and make changes as needed. The provider also sets session pricing, which patients can see and consider when choosing a provider.
Ability to approve appointments scheduled by patients
Psychonline offers the platform/portal as your own practice. It is similar to a no admin setup. It not only saves you monthly administrative cost but also makes you more efficient and allows you to build a online profile for your practice. The platform is an “office in a box” solution where the mental health provider does not have a need to do much other than approve appointments and see the patients. The platform itself takes care of the appointments and making sure that the patients are scheduled. The mental health providers have complete control to reject or accept any appointments. After the patient makes an appointment looking at mental health providers calendar, there is a message sent. After that message is read, there is an option to accept or reject the appointment by the mental health professional.
Online payment collection from patients before the online consult
After the patient makes an appointment, the appointment is approved by the mental health professional. Payment is collected from the patient prior to meeting with the provider.
Get paid directly via direct deposit or check
The patient's payment is credited to the provider’s account as soon as the session is completed and the patient has been satisfied. The process is automatic, fast and seamless
